Recipe: Easy Papri Chaat at Home


The perfect soul food, medley of every possible taste and texture - Chaat. This is the perfect pick me up on any day. 

Be it an unexpected guest or just your usual craving for something tasty, Papri Chaat is the perfect fix. What could be better if this lip smacking chaat is 100% natural and made right in the comfort of your home?

The recipe I am sharing is a personal favourite.

Step 1: Collect all the ingredients
Here’s what you will need:
Fresh yoghurt/dahi: One cup, whisked
Boiled Chopped potatoes: 2 medium
Finely chopped onion: 1 medium
Coriander: one small bunch
Lemon: 1 no.
Green chillies: As per taste (optional)
Step 2: Prepare all the ingredients
Mix one teaspoon of Neenu’s Natural Chaat Masala with the potatoes.
Mix one teaspoon of Neenu’s Natural Chaat Masala with the yoghurt.
Squeeze the lemon.
Finely chop the coriander and green chillies.
Dissolve 3 tablespoons of Neenu’s Natural Jaggery Mango Spread with 2 tablespoons warm water.
Step 3: Layer Layer Layer
Spread one pack of Neenu’s Natural Whole Wheat Fingers Plain on a platter.
Layer the potatoes next.
Spread the prepared yoghurt and mango jaggery sauce.
Layer the chopped onions,
Sprinkle chaat masala and lemon juice.
Garnish with chopped coriander and green chillies.
